    • Organ disposal: $25/head

    • Splitting into 1/8ths: $20/eighth

UNIVERSAL CHARGES

    • First 30 miles from shop are free. Anything over 30 miles is $.50 per mile
    • Custom Label Set Up: $35 (One time fee)
    • Inspection: $10 flat fee
    • Inspection Overtime: $55/hour
    • Flat Packing Burger: $0.75/lb
    • Cubed steak: $1.50/lb
    • Stew Meat: $1.50/lb
    • 1 Steak/Chop per pack: $15 per quarter
    • Bulk boxing bones/fat/kidney fat: $1.00/lb
    • Custom packaging or grinding bones/fat/kidney fat: $1.00/lb
    • Custom Cooling $.10/lb
    • Storage Fee: $10 per week
